- Experience: VM3 inspectors whose 14,000+ surveys and inspection experience carries a keen eye catered to the subtleties of each house and real estate transactions
- Continuing education, certification, and training: VM3 employees are required to enrich their skills through ongoing certification programs with the American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC), CDPH, and DOSH Cal/OSHA.
- No conflict of interest: VM3 neither solicits nor receives inducements (monetary or otherwise) from its recommended mold remediation companies. Any recommendation of a remediation company is strictly for the benefit of resolving a mold case in a safe, quick, and professional manner.
